Bulgarasi cu proteina

 

Ingrediente:

  • Pudra proteica 60gr
  • Nuci 50gr
  • Miere 1 lingura
  • Fulgi de ovaz 4 linguri
  • Ciocolata neagra 85%
  • Lapte de migdale 200 ml
  • Faina de ovaz 3 linguri

Mod de preparare:

  • Se amesteca pudra proteica, nucile (taiate in bucati mici), mierea, fulgi de ovaz, laptele si faina de ovaz, se baga la cuptor timp de 10-15 min.

P.S. Poti decora cu banana si portocala.
